These are great for a quick and easy Halloween Dinner before it’s out the door for Trick or Treating!  Or serve them up at your Halloween Party for a more substantial snack!

Mummy Dogs

Ingredients:

  • Hot dogs
  • Ready-made croissant dough
  • Mustard and ketchup

Directions:

Cut the croissant dough into strips. Wrap hot dogs to look like mummies. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. You can make faces with ketchup and mustard.

Halloween Burgers

Kids just love these Halloween Burgers – and you might be surprised at your adult guests’ reactions, too!

Ingredients:

  • Hamburgers
  • Red and Green Peppers cut into shapes – triangles, squares, circles, etc.
  • Cheese slices – Orange American, White American or Provolone
  • Black and Green Olives – sliced

Directions:

Using a metal Halloween Cookie Cutter sprayed with a bit of non-stick cooking spray, cut Halloween shapes from the cheese slices.  Pumpkins from the Orange American, Ghosts from the White American or Provolone

Use the pieces of Peppers and the olive slices to garnish, making eyes, mouths, teeth, etc.

Don’t forget the ketchup!
